I think finding a loyal person is usually down to their upbringing and personal experiences not necessarily location. Only thing I'd say is to structure your life independently of a woman and how she feels.

What I'll suggest to anyone.. It has worked for few people though.

Employ a Corper to be the Manager of the Farm.. Corper wey get experience oo... Likely a lady or maybe 2 or 3 ladies.

Pay her very well... Support her with workers from Benin Republic... Togo... Cotonou and maybe Jos.

Pay these ones very well too... They work as if they're on drugs.. Get them their regular cigarette or highest use an Agent when getting them so anything that happens... The agent will be able to come in and resolve the issue.



Stay far away from the locals... Runnnnnnnn!!!!!!!

The only time they come in is during harvesting.. Get those Mamas to harvest for you and pay them handsomely...For security... Most Farm owners build a small House for their workers and also supply them with a small Gen and solar as the case maybe.

You're spot on. This is exactly same thing my Dad is doing. He hires Togolese and Benionise, get them motorcycles to run things.

Built a home for them on the Farm sites and those Dudes are fuckin loyal and doing their jobs professionally.

Dad recently gets another Tractor coz the business is booming for him. I pick interest in agribusiness coz of him.

Some oloriburuku agberos stopped me and a friend today and demanded we pay them for driving a Tokunbo car. A car i cleared on Friday but had to pack it at Navy Town cos of heavy traffic. They kept hitting my car and shouting owoda as if na danfo we drive, one was even boasting that when Asiwaju becomes President, even mycar (private car owners) will begin to pay them. I called my Naval friend and told to bring 4 other officers, the wasted youths ran off when they saw the officers coming. You see that last point, that is the greatest danger this country faces.

As high as 60 percent of the educated middle class are looking for means of leaving this country.
The country doesn't inspire hope anymore.
