This is not the first time these cheats will be caught,in the early 1990's we were at National conference in UNILAG when these supposed deaf and dumb gain entrance to conference room with their plea placards ,we were moved and gave them donations ,loo and behold we were later surprised to find them in the basement of conference center near a rest room talking and sharing their gift. The crooked have taken over the business. There should not be a permanent beggar ,it should be for a short time and thereafter to resume normal life . Some of the professionals beggars live in luxury. |

Had it been its an Android phone I would have kind of make sense out of this supposedly news. But, a good zoom shows its not. For your knowledge sake there are hundreds of phone brands designed for the blind and the deaf... Why do you think some phone flashes light while ringing ? It's for the deaf who can't hear . Some ring, vibrate and read out callers name , all this is just to make life easier for them too. With some phones settings you can hear out loud any button you press to aid navigation either you're blind or deaf phones comes with aids for different users. |
