Well-done sir. I am thrilled with this project as in, the way you were executing them one after the other. Please i want to ask, how many workforce did you use for this massive decking? (the machine operator, masons, sand feeder, stone feeder, water handler, cememt handler, mortar carrier and mortar loader.

Was the casting done in one day and with how many concrete mixer? Most importantly, the mixing ratio of sand/stone/cement

Cement plastering goes through normal curing process like other works, I usually paint after about 2 weeks of plastering if I am not applying wall screeding.

Welcome bro, in this particular project, I used manual mixing method to cast the decking slab. We completed the cast after 3 days work, we had up to 13 micers and 2 masons levelling the cast.

Oh, we have used horizontal bars in so many other projects, it has proven to be tougher to manipulate than vertical bars.

I washed given this quotation for plastering are five bedroom bungalow. I don't know what to make of it.

The money for labour seem to be very high. Location is in anambra state.


Sharp Sand= 36,000 x 3 trips= 108,000

Gum Sand= 35,000 x 1= 35,000

Cement= 3900 x 100 bags = 390,000
Transport and job= 20,000

Water supply= 30,000

Workmanship for Plastering is 400,000
( Dressing of doors and windows is not included)

Total amount is 983,000

Workmanship is definitely high, try and bargain if he will throw in door and windows dressing with window hoods or any other designs to make up that workmanship to same amount.
