Client: A Nairalander
Contractors: Spyder880 builders
Duration: 120 days

Please follow us as we bring this project to life, this work will take some time to start because we want to first clear the site of a building on it. But we will start buying and stocking up building materials before they become too expensive to buy. Thank you my people.

About 36m, there has been some marginal reduction in the cost of iron rods, cement and a few other materials.

This combined burglary proof and glass casement are beautiful. Aside from aesthetics, are there other merits to this design when compared to the classic design of having the burglary steelworks and windows separated? Also, hope the cost difference is not too significant.

when it comes to real security, this has nothing on separate burglary.

Another thing is that it's not unique to individual taste and personality. What A got is what B got also

Apart from aesthetics, the other reason why people are choosing the embedded burglary proof system is because of the relative difficulty burglary will have while trying to remove the bars, as compared to separate burglary bars.

It's a little more difficult to strike out the bars since they are embedded into the aluminium profiles, which are inside the walls held by cement dressing.
