I live in Lagos and I pay taxes to Lagos, this rail line will be repaid back with taxes for the loan they used to execute it, so I am paying for something some people have stolen already...

At the end this trains will be moving morning afternoon and night.

I think this is similar to it. But more smaller coaches and moves faster and efficiently unlike the one of Lagos to Ibadan.
