No dont resign. When you come back from work practice coding, weekends practice coding. Do web development, both front end and back end. Start with back end.

If you have a very solid support structure and a sizeable amount of savings that can at least get you unlimited monthly data for 6 months to a year then I would advise that you take the plunge. A 100k job as an admin that doesn't have much career growth doesn't leave much to be desired honestly and at the rate the naira is falling the 100k might be equivalent to 100 usd by year end.

Admin is a great field. In Nigeria we unda utilize talents. Get a beta job while u learn tech by the side.. E no easy as you think.

But if you think you have guts, then be ready for frustration and depression until u make it. No guarantee for making it.

Not saying admin isn't great bro. At least the job has been sustaining me since I finished service in March. But as humans we have our aspirations which I don't see myself realising by jumping from one administrative position to another. It might work for some tho. Thanks for the candid advice bro

if I'm to go by the stats you provided. It means it's not advisable to enrol since only 1 out of 100 participants can actually succeed. That's quite poor tho

it's not the amount of time, but what you gain. beside nobody do 10-15hrs for 6month, you can clear my doubt though
