we were relatively a new State when we returned to democracy in May 1999 just 12years in existence as a state, the money Akpabio came to see was fought for from the previous government of Arc Victor Attah who won the supreme Court judgement to allow AKS& other oil producing state gets 13%derivation from oil for the purpose of development &we elected Akpabio to do what he did the current Governor Udom is trying his bit to follow suit.

We are not like Abia your state &the entire east that has been backward in development, failed to provide Security, poor Infrastructures allover East, that your Abia State has been a failed State since '1991.
