How much should be budgeted to get a land and build 2/3 bedroom bungalow in Ogun or Oyo or outskirts of Lagos?

Now the air in the office stings the eyes and the nose so I researched why this is happening.

It's the adhesive! Our markets are full of the cheap chinese adhesive!

Don't go cheap on adhesives, it's a matter of life and health.

I read up some more on why this is no joke

I have used super glue before but the quantities being used for MDF paneling makes it become necessary to take extra precautions.

So to all my wood working friends on this forum, it is not just about the money, make the money but preserve your health.

The total sqm would determine the cost of the screeding.
As regards the paints, the cost is fair for what you would get for some known brands but I could definitely give you for less.
It doesn't sound like the place is more than a 3 bedroom bungalow... I assume the fence is included in the external paint. In any case, the ratio of the external to the internal is off. Even if satin covers very high and can complete it, the ceilings paint is not sufficient for an upstairs duplex.
If the painter promise to complete the whole job without requesting for extra, it's a good deal..

Water splash mostly affects wooden door.
Aluminum door is okay for bathroom.

Frequent exposure to water can cause the wood to rot within a relatively short time, however if your bath area is screened off properly, like within a shower cubicle for instance, then it can be used.

The door may also be sprayed with some sort of plastic paint to make it more resistant to water, hence prolonging its life span.

If your bath area isn't screened, you may opt for more water resistant options like aluminum or PVC (plastic) doors.
