When I filled for my kids , there’s a place you can put who’s sponsoring you and you indicate the person , if I did and also wrote my name
Mopricelezz:
Good afternoon, please I want to apply for a tourist visa and my husband is sponsoring it. I am unemployed. Does this affect anything? And what documents do I need from my husband since he is sponsoring? And the aspect of Means of subsistence, do I tick 'Cash or all expense paid or both'?

2. I intend to spend 7 days, do I select single entry or multiple?

Also, I see France handles the Netherlands visa, if I am considering the Netherlands, do I need to make a new application?

Would appreciate any response(s) that I can get.

I thought you can added 4 person to your appointment booking? Only if frequently traveler appointment booking is different to first timer? Because under first timer traveler you can added up to 5 people.

Note: Are you reapply with them or you still have a valid visa ?

Please kindly update house when you went for your appointment, because last time I went for my appointment and someone booked wrong appointment they didn’t allow him to submit instead he was told to go and book for another appointment without refund.

meljoe:
Yes I booked them under frequent traveller , I couldn’t book more than one person so I did it individually. They all have to get separate appointment letter , I was told that’s how it’s done .

Ok good, you should have added them up under your appointment instead of booked them separately.

Re: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by milan01:
Good Morning Everyone,
I’ve been following this thread for more than two months now.

I recently applied for a long stay visa (Student visa) at VFS lagos, and it was approved ☺️

I would like to share my experience and detailed information I submitted.

Firstly, I applied for a course in a university in Paris; (English university in France) I got admitted and I then proceeded to pay my tuition fee. Afterwards, I requested for some documents from my university to enable me apply for a student visa in French embassy lagos.
The university then sent.
1. Undergraduate Acceptance Letter
2. CERTIFICAT D'INSCRIPTION
3. A letter addressing the embassy

Thereafter, I immediately secured an appointment online at VFS for submission on 22nd August, 2022.

While waiting for my appointment date, which was weeks ahead, I then registered with Campus de France Lagos, I applied as a student who was already admitted in a French university, I uploaded all my school documents and other requested documents like passport photograph, personal statement on their portal. I then waited for there reply. They replied me, that I should pay a sum of N50,000, which I paid, and then I got another email, that I should schedule an interview date with them. Which I did.. (mind you, I had an interview with campus de France before my original VFS submission)

Once I arrived campus de France, they viewed all my documents, asked me few questions and therefore told me to go ahead to submit my documents at VFS. (Campus de France, doesn’t guarantee you visa, they only review your document and make some suggestions if necessary)

The day for my submission came and I went ahead to VFS, did my biometrics and submitted.

This is the list of documents I submitted; (Mind you, it is self sponsored)
1. Signed Visa Application Forms
2. 2 colour ID photographs,
3. One coloured copy of the passport front page
4. My personal bank statement for 3 months closing total of 5.4million Naira
5. My business bank statement for 3 months closing total of 7.8million Naira.
6. One month paid accommodation in a student accommodation in France, with one year contract document( Attestation de loyer, BAIL MEUBLE AVEC SERVICES PARA-HOTELIERS. - this was given by the accommodation company)
7. Bank reference from my two banks addressing the French embassy
8. Paid Travel insurance for 3 months
9. Flight ticket (Not paid)
10. Evidence of tuition fee payment
11. Undergraduate Acceptance Letter
12. L'attestation d'acceptation Etudes en France (from campus de France)
13. A letter addressing the embassy from the school
14. CAC documents (Business)
15. Personal Tax clearance (Lirs)
16. Business tax payment (Firs)
17. Waec copy
18. Transcript from my school (Last attended 2012)
19. Ielts Academic
20. German Language Certificate from Goethe institut (A1-A2 certificate - not necessary, just supporting document)
21. Letter of introduction from my company, indicating my purpose of travelling
22. My business flyer
23. Curriculum Vitae (CV)

I submitted all these document, then I waited for one month, exactly 23rd of September, 2022. I got a call from the embassy. That my visa has been approved. Asking me if I want my passport to be sent to VFS or if I would like to pickup. I told them I would like to pick up myself, it was already late that day. I told them I will pick up on Monday 26th September, over the weekend. I was searching for the next available flight, I didn’t see any. Then on my way to the French consulate on Monday, the woman, I asked to help me search for flight called me, that she has found one on Air France for 28th of September, 2022 but was very expensive . Which I told her to secure it, and then I sent her money… When I got to the Consulate, I was directed inside after screening at the gate, and I submitted my phone but they allowed me to take my bag inside… VO- LA, I took my passport, then hurried home to continue my packing. Then Wednesday evening yesterday, I got to the airport in Lagos., I would advise you do covid 19 test, to avoid embarrassment at MM2. This Morning I arrived PARIS smiley))))))))

Please be informed, that my passport already had travel history, Turkey, Uae, and Lebanon. And I have been denied visa three times by Italy, Latvia, and Uk embassy. But it seems what God cannot do does not exist.. I pray for you that has been looking for schengen visa for years or recently. The God of David that did it for me searching since 2016, will do it for you, and I pray yours doesn’t take this long that mine did. And as David never lost his battles so will God walk with you be… Prayer is the key, and God answers all prayers
