Racoon:Lol. It is more painful to read from the supposed learned Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmad, saying Nigeria is still below 40% threshold set for borrowing limit. From the look of things, Nigeria must have crossed 150% by now, it is when another party wins the presidential election in 2023 that we will see the true picture. 1 Like |

Judolisco:Okonjo's certificate was and is still useless for our predicament. We were already borrowing under her. It shows we were already headed in the current direction we are navigating while still under her. The structure we currently run will only keep producing Dangotes, Otedolas and almajiris side by side. |

It's stupid to borrow to fund recurrent expenditure. It's wise to borrow to fund capital expenditure. Just like borrowing to eat and borrowing to invest which is more profitable? |

Ogaga87:Why don't you just do your research and see what the loans are for? You have a smart phone and yet you're still among those Nigerians that will shout, "what are the loans used for?" It won't take you 20MB to just search google and see the projects the loans are being used for. 1 Like |

Viraltrends123: you see I never insulted you, but you are calling me a fool. we know who the real fool is. Please show me the last Nollywood film that talked about igbos trooping to Lagos. The statistics are clear the number of igbos coming to Lagos has reduced. Try and stop being dense in reasoning and living in dreamland very soon people will see that there is nothing in Lagos and watch how the government will start begging people to come back to Lagos. |

Viraltrends123: Bros finally you are the one who is backward and senseless not yo know tjat Lagos was once the FCT hence was developed by combined efforts from other states it is even more stuuupid for youto attribute development in lagos to Tinubu alone who was governor for only 8 yrs after which other persons served in same office does it now mean those other persons didn't work? |

Viraltrends123: You see… you fail to see the obvious reasons why that is so! First Enugu was never FCT I don't know where you got such information. Lagos was FCT for 71 years before abuja in 1991 incase you don't know and most of the things built in Lagos was build at this time eg the stadium and many others Tinubu did nothing in Lagos other than increased taxation which never reflected on the life of an average Lagosian. I sure know you must be from Ogun hence you don't know all this. 1 Like |

HIPROFILE:Do your research, calabar and Enugu were once fct. I don't have time to be arguing with someone who think he's always right. 1. Lagos is by far more developed the bothe the Present Abuja, Former calabar, and Enugu. 2. Lagos is by for more developed than 90% of FCT in Africa. Or was Lagos Africa FCT. 3. You will later say Lagos development is not as a result of good governance but Nigeria failure is as a result of bad governance. Is Lagos richer than NIGERIA, is Nigeria ever a poor country. 4. You will claim Lagos development is as a result of being in contact to the Atlantic ocean, is Lagos the only state in Nigeria in contact to Atlantic ocean, why is it having the 3rd most performing seaports in the whole of Africa. 5. See, I don't see any reason I should be discussing anything with you. Check the revenue generation spike, the year it happened, compare it with the GDP, Lagos development lies solely on wealth, and that's what Buhari government don't know, if we can get that spike, and we become very rich again, money will solve all our people, yes including security, money solves all problems. Please, avoid me seems what your are trying to do is to justify Anambra failure, why is it that you guys concern is Tinubu and lagos. Why so much pain, Lagosians claims still hail Tinubu and Fashola today, they are happy with them, what the Bleep is wrong with you guys |

franchasofficia:My brother this is exactly what I have been asking myself, like why can’t they print more Naira to offset the external debts but I have come to see that in economic there’s a regulation to notes printing, else it will affect the country more adversely. My surprise is that some countries do this and they have been succeeding |
