South West unlike South South n South East are really highly cultured and religious, and they practise both Islam and Christianity, but then it seems their parents don't preach to them about immotal/illicit sexual behaviours. They always get sexually messed up and are even proud of it, thereby making it (fornication) a normal act.
You see many of them who are highly religious engaging in fornication or encouraging it from time to time. I think it's high time parents, elders, pastors and imams from that region start regular teaching and preaching on these illicit sexual activities that have now become normal among youths from the south west. I believe it's possible to girls remain Virgins till marriage as happens in places like sokoto and many parts of the north where most girls are Virgins before marriage.
