when ever i am in Nigeria, i do not fear herdsmen, kidnappers, terrorist or gangs. i have since devised ways to beat them, and not fall victim to them. My only worry is Nigerian govt employees especially IMMIGRATION, CUSTOM & POLICE, starting from the Airport through the road down to their offices should you need to replace or update a doc. Tufiakwa...... I have never seen low lives like these people in all the Countries i have visited. No shame. No fear.No pity for even people they are probably richer than. That is why i believe if any one of them forced money out of you, if you can track him or her, make sure you remove two or three of his/her front teeth, break an arm, use acid or run him/her a special number! You will be shocked how these crimes will nose dive. The moment they know you are from abroad, my dear they will come up with all sort of gimmicks! Even in USA crooked cops are shot by citizens.
