Your quotation for setting up an inverter is not complete without this.

Best believe no matter how big your extractor fan is, it cannot take out all the battery fumes, inverter batteries are only suitable to be installed outside a building. You can have your inverter indoor but not the batteries.

No. It is absolutely not okay. The shrubs and stems will decay at a later date which can cause foundation floor sinkage.

Total square meters of mine is 62mtrs
I used 23 cements for the actual precast ( and I use 9 bags for final casting , the bricklayer did the final casting not the parapet guys . total of 32 bags ).
I used 20 quarter rode in total ( I bought 30)
I paid 3000 per mtrs X 62 mtrs = 186k

I bought 2by2( they cut am into pieces ). wey dem Dey use raise the parapet. I think 12k
I’ll say just find a random carpenter to handle the scaffolding, it will save you lots of time and stress. I paid 30k for everything including binding wire , nails and workmanship .

Iron bender doesn’t hVe anything to do with precast parapet , the masons will do their job , they will just cut it to size they want.

For precast parapet, I didn’t use any iron bender . Except you’re talking of concrete parapet .




mine is 62mtrs yours is 60mtrs , you can use my quotation to avoid unnecessary spending .


Also make sure you monitor them , cos if I was not there, almost 15 bags of cements and 10 quarters rose lengths would have gone ..

What are you trying to extract out using industrial extractor fan. Not necessary if it is a residential building

The reason why industrial extractor fans are used in warehousing and factory is because of the heat generated

I have been advised to seek professional opinions on this.
Please I will need experts and professionals in the house to please advise on best approach on how to tackle this.

Quick summary:
During casting these areas were not well supported and almost gave way. From the look of things, beam seems to be affected.

@hajivince could you please explain the solutions you have proffered so far. I want the professionals in the house to weigh in on this to see if any of these approaches will work.

When you said industrial fan, I thought of a central fan and interconnected pipe ducts in the ceiling void with vents in selected rooms

The first picture is not clear enough but it looks like the beam has buckled.

If you are sure that the beam buckled due to inadequate support then all you need do is to break off the affected panel(s) , provide adequate support( (props) and recast.

However, this seems more like a structural issue than propping because inadequate props would have caused the whole panel to collapse during or immediately after casting cos of the weight of the concrete.

From the picture, there are blocks already laid on the slab and the supporting props have been removed so it couldn't have been the support that caused it.

More like poor design caused the bending under load.
I'll suggest your break the affected part and redesign the beams before you go ahead with the casting again.

Good Day madam

It happened on the day of Casting and the Casters being careless knowing we only have Bamboo as our prop decided to be dropping a full wheelbarrow of a mixer on that point and jumping on it... Immediately it happened, we stopped them from casting the Place and the Language Barrier here really caused a lot of issues coz they barely listen...

If we had used the small wheel barrow or pple that can cast with their head, we won't have this problem
