This one na 1 week treat for family of 2-3.

Husband and wife plus a little kid.
If hubby na person wey dey consume soup well... E no go reach 5 days sef.

Stress yourself heavily for a day and enjoy yourself for a very very long time without having to bother about cooking soups. You try wella.

The egusi look like Hausa egusi . So tasteless

One problem i have with egusi is that it's only appetizing to me when it's fresh from the pot.

If i have to eat from the same stock another day it will feel like a chore.

I think this is a better idea..
That means,it's better to store it in plastics than iron pots. As a bachelor,I store my concortion okro soup in pot in my freezer but after like two days,the taste go just sour for mouth. Next na to throw it away

I abadoned the wheat I bought after I tried in vain to prepare it two times...damm thing wouldn't stiffen up..

Let be sincere I hate to see plenty food like this. The sight of it make me to get tired of it already.

Each time I see hips of fufu. The more it take weeks for me to even want to eat it. Moderation is key.

This is the best combo for me Egusi and Bitter leaf.

Bitter leaf looks ok..not to sure of d egusi, looks dry.
