If you have another account number different from the one you submitted earlier, use it for the account verification. That was directives from an NPOWER focal person. Once you do that, your deployment button will automatically appear while your old account number will be replaced by the new one.

Please, how can I add my 'other name' to my details on my dashboard. It disappeared when npower site was down then and I couldn't edit it during physical verification. I now have two names on my dashboard and three name on my account details. Also, will it be a problem during payment. Thanks.

When she gets scammed, don't come here and open a thread asking us how to track a debit alert.

First, remove your sister's details. If I go through the process of transferring money to that account now, I'll get her full names.
Full names and bvn is enough for scammers to open account in another bank in her name and starts using it to scam people. Are you new online?

Secondly, you quoted a solution to your sister's problem and still asking what to do.
