Omo I saw that I screamed, they were hiring people of close proximity. African leaders are destroying people's destiny in this our world.
I even saw the labourer kind of job of 15 dollars per hour with accommodation but Americans were complaining too low, even at Walmart the start pay is 18 - 20 dollars per hour.
If I work for usa 15 years of service am ok

Look, it's sad that we are still in this phase of unemployment when the world has moved on.

Honestly I do not think that one should read and cram answers to interview questions and just pour them out on that day. I personally think that those manuals are actually people's experience in an interview in the past and maybe they got lucky and were given the job. So they thought that the method they followed worked for them, and thought "oh.. Why don't I write these steps out so people can scale interview questions too?"

If you are not yourself, then who are you?

You become all jittery and anxious when you follow a manual. But you are calm and comfortable when you are yourself.

Bottom line is do some research about the company in question regardless and just flow, and stop being desperate, they'd notice and take advantage of it

I saw lots of job openings in the USA two days ago 280 $ per hour, for cleaning rigs and others, these are average Americans applying for these jobs doing well as the same time.
Take the money and start some where.

First of all, let's check out the differences between CV and Resume

The differences between a resume and a CV include the document’s length, contents and purpose. You should also consider which region of the world you’re applying in and your career path when deciding which is more appropriate to use.

Now that we know the differences between CVs and Resumes

Let's talk about reasons why your job application is being rejected all the time;

1. Your CV/Resume is very bad;

When I started off on Linkedin, I had a CV I do send out for job applications but never got a favourable response for once�. This made me took CV writing serious and I was opportune to learn from experts and Cambridge materials in addition.

I put into practice all that I learnt about CV writing and boom, I started getting responses using the new CV

And one more thing you should know about CV/Resume is that; you need to keep updating it as you add to your skills, experiences, and certifications.

2. You don't back up your CV/Resume with a Cover Letter;

If you are really serious about getting the job you have applied for/applying for, then it's important you back it up with a Cover Letter most especially when required

The main purpose of a cover letter is to interest the employer in reading your resume/CV. This gives the recruiter or hiring manager a more detailed view of your accomplishments and a sense of what you'll bring to the table if you are hired

I had different different cover letter I use when I just started on LinkedIn. I remember helping out a friend to write his cover letter one time, he later got called for interview that same week�

Cover Letters are important, don't despise it❗

3. Your Email Address is a turnoff:

I wonder why you can't create an email address with your real name, if you don't want to use your name and surname, let it have one of your names and initials at least. How can a serious jobseeker use iamamarlian@gmail.com or thebaddestboy@yahoo.com, who does that?

Your email address can be a complete turn off for Recruiters/HRs, you've given them one good reason why you don't deserve the job

How will you feel if I send you a mail address that doesn't have anything that looks like name in it. you'll feel like I want to scam you or I'm not real, isn't it?

Stop blaming Recruiters and HRs. Do the right thing, and you'll get the right job�

• What distinguishes you from the rest? Your answer to this is crucial. Repeating the same actions as every other candidate will not help you win the interview.

• Want to have a successful interview? Ask good questions. Not what's the working hour or working days, aside the salary what other benefits attached to the role or is this role remote, hybrid or full time?

• You must understand that hiring managers are tired of the sweet talks. Relate to the issues and be the solution. Like they say, if you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

• List your achievements and sell your achievements. You must work on having an achievement in any workplace; it's crucial for your future.

The pay is per diem , you work in team’s and assigned for a particular task , you can’t work for 8hours straight a day.
