When I hear them say, " The Yorubas are respectful", I keep wondering if the ones I'm seeing on daily basis are different from the ones they are talking about. grin

Truth be told, it's a big deal bro. It helps your reputation as it shows you are someone of repute in the society. Things like Visa applications et al would not be so difficult and job opportunities abound as you get to be part of a somewhat private clique of the society. Believe me I know this because I know people that have this honours and the doors it opens for them.
