What if he killed her first, then set the house on fire to make it look like she died in the fire? A good autopsy would have shown wether she died first before getting burnt. But in Nigeria, sorry.

I think it's true about his HIV status, the wife mentioned it in one of the videos he shared online. She shouted it from inside "HIV positive man" I just think that lady got frustrated about her status.
