The news that took it there was the news that came out in January last year saying btc has been quoted in the US stock market
Now this news came out in January
Yet the effect happened later in the year.

No one can tell the time frame

You are suggesting cbdc's - that's possible. Of course, I know we are in a recession and the fact that everything pumped like mad including baseless meme coins means we should see a dump worse than 2000 and 2008 combined. That said, that information cannot help any day trader. As you've noticed, everything has been pumping against us dollar.
The info can only be useful for a swing trader or someone who uses low leverage(3x or less) and wide stop loss in trading BTC. As for 14k, we won't see it happen this week. If btc fails to breaks 20k mark next week, then that bearish move will definitely happen before 2nd week of November.
