Indian Sub Set to Resume Operations After Russian Refit
The Indian Navy has 15 conventional diesel-electric submarines, including seven Russian kilo-class ships. The navy is facing many challenges in shoring up its underwater capabilities amid the burgeoning power of competitors in the Indian Ocean.
India’s diesel-electric INS Sindhuratna submarine will resume services from next March-April after the Russian Zvyozdochka shipyard completed the refit cum life certification of it, a Defense Ministry document has revealed.
Besides enhancing the combat potential of the underwater vessel, the service life of the submarine was also extended by ten years to 35 following the repairs and upgrades. Now, the submarine is fitted with a Klub (Kalibr) land attack cruise missile.

The Indian Navy has planned to bring the submarine from Zvyozdochka Shipyard in Severodvinsk to Mumbai by next March using a sealift vessel.

"Sea transportation of a kilo-class submarine from Severodvinsk, Russia, to Mumbai on a transport dock ship during the time period early Jan 23 to mid Feb 23," the navy document read.
INS Sindhuratna is one of four kilo-class boats selected for medium refit under a $700 million deal signed between Zvezdochka and the Indian Navy in 2018.

The Indian Navy has seven kilo-class boats after it lost one, INS Sindhurakshak, to a massive explosion in the dock in August 2013 and decommissioned INS Sindhudhvaj in July this year.

How is this not a war crimes

Israel vs Egypt. Israel warned Egypt it would bomb Aswan dam if Egypt threatened Israel existence.Flood waters would wipe out many downstream including Cairo.

Civilian targets that result in mass casualties are a no go zone. You can't bomb an ammonia plant and remain in good world standing. You can't bomb a nuclear reactor that's up and running. You can't detonate a nuclear device on the shores to cause a massive tsunami too.
My blame goes to Putin.

Look at the war crimes Ukranazis are committing yet Putin is treating them with kids glove.

Another submarine, INS Sindhuvir, was handed over to the Myanmar Navy in 2020 as part of a bilateral defense collaboration.

43 Years Under Sanctions: How Iran Built Drones

Although Iran has survived under sanctions for nearly half a century, the country has shown a remarkable ability to produce, reverse engineer, and develop its own unmanned aerial vehicles.

Putin has not declared war yet, it's so far a special military operation. Fact that he wants refetendums to go his way means he won't do a shock and awe to alienate the votes he needs for legitimacy

Iran became interested in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), or drones for short, in the 1980s during the Iran-Iraq War (1980-1988). The first family of Iranian drones was the Ababil, which were simple mechanisms called “flying munitions.” Together with reconnaissance UAVs developed somewhat later, they were successfully used on the battle fronts.

Virtually all the enterprises in this industry, which are supervised by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), are in one way or another involved in the development and production of UAVs.

Iran then started the mass production of drones, which could compensate for the insufficient capacity of Iran's Air Force, including the inability to build fully-fledged combat aircraft.

Iran has made significant progress in the development and production of a full range of UAVs of all major classes, from light tactical reconnaissance vehicles to heavy reconnaissance and strike systems, both carrying guided aerial bombs and short-range missiles, and barraging munitions, the so-called kamikaze drones.

Such progress is based on several fundamentals: scientific and technical cooperation, primarily with China; the use of technologies and components for their own production, obtained officially, semi-officially or unofficially (intelligence); and the acquisition of real samples of American and Israeli drones for the purpose of deep study and possible reverse engineering.

Iran has so far produced about 40 models of various drones. The main families (lines) of Iranian UAVs are Ababil, Kaman, Kian, Mohajer, and Shahed.
According to experts, Iran's most effective and powerful drones are represented by the Shahed, Mohajer, Kaman, and Kian families.

According to Wallace, the incident was accidental and Moscow blamed it on a technical malfunction. He added that London had accepted this explanation.

The run-in between the spy plane and the fighter jet occurred on September 29. Following the incident, London temporarily suspended patrols and expressed concerns to Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, Wallace noted.

British spy planes are now flying with fighter jet escorts to provide them with better security, the minister noted.

So far, Russia has remained silent on the alleged run-in and has not produced any public statements on the incident.

In 2021, according to the Russian Defense Ministry, the number of reconnaissance flights staged by NATO in the Black Sea Region increased by more than 60% compared to 2020.

General Sergei Surovikin, Putin's new commander in Ukraine, has been warning that Kyiv's troops are plotting to attack a dam at Nova Kakhovka
Analysts concluded this is likely preparation for a Russian 'false flag' attack
Blowing the dam and flooding Kherson would cover Russian troops' retreat and provide a distraction from Moscow's latest battlefield humiliation, they said
It would further damage Ukraine's power grid, with blackouts set to begin today
