They seem to be everywhere, there are also some that post phishing links with title abcdefgf or random alphabets. This section mods should do something about it, similar happens in the sports section too. |

The way they flood porn post is alarming. I don't think its done manually. Its like they just click a button and about 20 porn post appears. You cant even read 10 post without seeing like 3-4 of them. Haba. 1 Like |

Michelle70:True. Probably the most effective measure to take would be to retrieve the IP address of the perpetrators and blacklist them, preventing further access to the site. It might seem a bit extreme but it would surely yield results. Then again, this process might be feasible only if it's a single user creating all these spam accounts, and/or he is using a single device. In any case, I'm just a casual reader and it's just something I thought up. I have no actual background or experience in web programming. edit: I just saw lebron7 already beat me to the response about blocking IP addresses. 2 Likes |
