Despite the huge amount of money spent on policing in the US , do you know the amount of murders and other crimes that do go unresolved?
A friend was killed in Atlanta last year by people that are know yet no one has been arrested as I type this.
Obviously, Nigeria is worse off in terms of policing but a lot of what you people say cannot happen in sane climes do actually happen here.
