What are you saying? I can't believe you blamed a parent for sending her 16yr old daughter an errand at 9pm does it justify the act? Haven't you seen rape happen in day time?. When it comes to protection of adults and minors it's two different thing all together. Adults are responsible for their protection while minors are not , it is the responsibility of the guardian or parents to protect their ward.

You don't make comparison of protection of children and adults. A kid has no reason to be outside by that time of the day, I don't know why you are doing this comparison to exempt culpability of the parents. I have already asserted that the rapist should be made to face the music he so started but the parent did not give adequate protection to their vulnerable ward.

I can't send my kids for errands at that time of the day knowing fully well what insecurity means in this present day Nigeria.

Was once involved in a similar conversation with some guys and ladies. They would have eaten me raw if humans were edible and I have enough flesh.
