I have a great admiration for Uganda and Tanzania for keeping their oil project going despite opposition and a lack of funding.

Europe is criticing them despite countries like Norway having large oil and gas fields that they are currently expanding.

Kenya on the other hand seems to be stupidly waiting for someone to come and save them with their oil fields which is never going to happen. Either they fund it themselves or it's never going to happen.
