I went to the pharmacy to explain to them the guy that attended to me said it might be cockroach bite and stuff like dat so he gave me some drugs up till nw no improvement.

Looks more like mouse or Centipede bite. Fleet your room regularly, the smell of insecticides kills centipede. As for mouse, look for rat poison as spray around.

Take antibiotics and if possible, antitetanus.
