The most dangerous part of flying a plane is the takeoff, As you travel down the runway you may feel small bumps, this is from the runway surface and the runway centerline lights. You may also hear or feel a slight vibration from the plane's wheels as they spin up to speed.

I remember my experience was 2013 when I was posted to Akwa ibom for my youth service. That's was first time of traveling on my own. The moment the plane take off, I begin to hear some sound as if there is potholes on the sky.
I quickly redicate my to Christ when I believe to hear some unpleasant sound

I believe we all know that there is always a first time for everything, so how do you all felt when you entered a plane for the first time, share your experiences.

Those who have not gotten a passport[for continental and international flights] in their lifetime not to talk of boarding a plane before will start forming for here.

I've not boarded an airplane before. I've even turned down opportunity to fly from Lagos to Benin several times.

I've vowed my first flight experience will be from Lagos to Atlanta..

U really need to have little experience so that you won't mess up whenever you plan to go to Atlanta

You don't need a passport to board a local flight. And turbulence is more on some Nigerian local flights than on most of the international flights.

A school ID card or a company ID card (company you work for) is enough. The next thing is your flight ticket.

I said a passport (international passport) is not needed for boarding a domestic flight. The guy asked me what he needs to board a domestic flight.

The point is you can board a local flight without an international passport.

What he meant is that most people don't have any other ID expect international passport which serves as ID for them even locally here. Let's say I've got no other ID except international passport and I'm going from Lagos to Abuja, can't I present my international passport as a form of ID when asked?
