Does it make sense for someone to spend a lot of money building mega schools and paying WAEC fees and not equip the schools? It goes without saying that Tinubu spent money on all aspects of basic education - buildings, lab equipments, employment of quality teachers, payment of WAEC fees, and so on. I know this because I have people in the education section in Lagos. I even know what Obi did in education during his tenure. He tried but you cant compare it to what Tinubu did. The population of children in govt primary and Secondary schools in Lagos is massive and yet Tinubu catered for them better than many states and successive Lagos governors continued with his vision.

1. The norms everywhere when you want to present gadgets like laptops computers to schools as a governor is to build a computer lab where students will take turns to learn the skills. I ask where will this students use this laptops? In their classrooms, on their small tables or what? No governor packs the students outside their classrooms, arrange laptops in front of them to take a picture. What they do it to commission a computer lab. During the commissioning, the laptops will be checked, you will see students using it but Obi's own is different. We don't even know what's inside the package. Whether na fufu.
2. This laptops are still in their packages. We don't know if the package is empty. Most likely they are, cause Obi is a scam. If they are not, then they are going back to government House for the next round of sampling.
3. Where will the laptops be kept if there is no computer lab. Is it in the principal/ headmaster office? No. They are going back to government House.
