What Business was Tinubu doing in the 90s to incur $450k dollars worth of VAT. Please tell us what business that was. 450k then is worth $1,210,000. Please tell us what someone in Exile in the US at that time was doing as a business in the US to amass such amount of VAT, Foolish people

Example suge nights bond was pegged at 2mill with some conditions which is impossible for him to pay till today
