As a leader and people manager, one of the things you strive for is balance and harmony within your team. It can be frustrating when, despite the efforts things go south.

Look at how hard EtH has been working just to get a rhythm in the team and build the players confidence. The role he expected Cristiano to play is to inspire belief and confidence in the younger players. But the child in him wouldn't allow.

Imagine a Cristiano that would have been cheering and supportive of EtH on the sidelines, giving morale and ginger to the players even when they make errors. Believe me, it would have been a different United by now.
