Honestly, I have come to conclusion that Obi was actually born in April 1st which is globally called April fool.

He should just be himself and stick to his policy statements.
His main selling point his his assumed honesty and being non corrupt.
He shouldn't spoil it by over talking,which has a tendency of making people make gaffes or even lie over certain issues,maybe unintentionally.
However,I doubt if this Gazette story is the true state of things.PG has a penchant,like SR of not being thorough in their investigations and even sometimes putting out false reports.
Another likely scenario is that Odili may have lied about his age because this PG report is solely based on the public records of when they were born and left school.
