Unfortunately I'm placed on level 7 step 2 . Is there a way to get that corrected because I should be on level 8, altho I'm yet to go on with documentation.

Also please is it possible to do transfer before the recommended 2yrs I know anything is possible in Naija. I just want to know how feasible it is before I start making moves.

Are u sure they were not just teasing him. because PPPRA/PEF have been scrapped and replaced with the Authority (NMDPRA) and the commission(NUPRC)
Then also d next time CBN Will do any intakes would be next year. So let him know.
