Most paid. All those grants, I have being searching, I have not seen.
Same thing with my nephew in Canada, with the huge money his father spent, Supprisenly he says almost all the students there are Nigerians. It is as if he is back home in lekki. The first time he went out by bus, inside the bus was just Yoruba and Igbo passengers were speaking. The whole hostel is filled up with nigerians.
I really wonder how they are seeing this money in this country.
Abeg if you know if such grants, help a brother out.

Lol... MSc is just one extra degree. It can hardly be described as "piling up". But to answer your question, they're not "piling up" degrees because they believe they don't need it. And before you come for Nigerians, bear in mind that most of the Nigerians on that list didn't get the degree because they felt they needed it. Rather, they got it as an exit route from Nigeria.
