Qatar 2022: Just watching Matt Walsh talking about the US men's team changing the insignia of the US national flag emblazoned on their jersey into the rainbow colors of the gay pride even when Qatar has said that they are opposed to making the WC a platform for the promotion of gay ideology.

The forceful spread of gay ideology into football will possibly be the final nail in the coffin of my depleting interest in football.
A man who wants to mate with another man should do so in the privacy of his room. Why bring it into sports?
What are you even saying, Sir?

Who is forcing what on who? Who has ever advocated for people to be sent to jail for not having gay sex?

Qatar literally STONES people for being gay. And the U.S team is protesting against that.

Homophobia is just as bad as racism. Have you condemned the anti-racism slogans and banners that have been used for decades in European footballing competitions?

If a captain wears a band saying "No to Racism", will you condemn him for "pushing political ideology into football"?

If you won't condemn anti-racist football activism, why condemn anti-homophobic football activism?

Are you really fighting to "save the sport" or are you just manifesting your hate and bigotry against gay people?

Again, what are you even saying, Sir?

The fear factor is gone, the prestige is gone, all thanks to the mediocre in the name of players we’ve been. parading. Zero zeal, zero hunger, the bastards just want to showboat and sell their market on the pitch, they don’t care about the Nations pride. EndSars like revolution should take place to flush out the bastards in the NFF headquarters. We need our football back!!
You talk like you can do their job better
Talk is cheap
Why don’t you go to the pitch to prove you’re world class

every person/persons hv right to what ever they belief in. Because you eat yam doesn’t mean I will allow you do that in my home when it is forbidden by me and my family that is your host

You don’t force someone to accommodate/embrace what is seen as a sacrilege/taboo to their tradition, religion and culture to him and his clan just to promote an agenda

Those nations that feel that they must enforce their gay agenda by trying to promote it in Qatar should simply withdraw from the tournament.

"Enforce gay agenda"?

Let me ask you this. When the Premier League had its players wearing shirts saying "Black Lives Matter", did you accuse them of "enforcing racial equality agenda"?

Punishing people for being gay which they did not choose for themselves is just the same as discriminating against people for being black.

The "culture" argument holds no water. There are some cultures in which racism is the norm (e.g Nazi Germany). Can we then excuse Hitler and the Nazis for their racism because "it was their culture"?

Slavery and human sacrifice was part of African culture too before the colonial masters stamped them out.

Some cultural beliefs are evil and deserve to be protested and fought against by all means.

Homophobia is evil. Just as racism, human sacrifice and slavery are evil. No matter what any culture or religion says, these things are evil and must be stopped.

If the Western countries were "respecting local cultures" in the colonial era, we would still have legalized slavery, killing of twins and human sacrifice rituals in many parts of the world today.

If this mediocrity goes on peseiro may be sacked by this time next year prior to the nation's cup.
He has to get up and running In th next 10 months or else the knives will be out for him. We can't take this nonsense to the nation's cup.
He had better improve the midfield and the team in general before he looses his job. 14 months from now is not far away. Time is going. It will soon be January 2014. I have no confidence in this coach or team. Time is going

this is the World Cup not Caucasian football competition or euro competition

The uproar against Qatar hosting the competition is very annoying. In a sane world, a competition that designed for footballing nations all over the world to participate in should be moved around the continents in terms of hosting in order to give others a fair chance every 4 years

Football is a global sport and not ice hockey that must be played in the cold cheesy

Coming to the gay right bullshit, it’s ideal to respect the norms and belief of a people especially when you are in their dormain.

if Qatar as an Islamic country doesn’t accommodate and tolerate certain practices which they believe is against their religion and belief system why not respect that for just less than 30 days then after the completion move back to your respect countries and continues with whatever shit that seem right to you?
If you talk like this as in you say keep ideologies and agendas including that of the rainbow people out of football they'd say you are homophobic. Well, we will see what color football will wear by the time it wears the colors of all ideologies and agendas.

been g:ay is a mental problem and most people that are gay were abused by someone when they were young and must never be compared to an entire race..

punishing someone for been g:ay is not the same as discriminating against black people because for someone to know a person is gay then the gay person has to make it public by telling another person or from how the gay person dresses and behaves which points to it been a mental problem...
while a black person does not have to make it public or tell another person that he has melanin or dress or behave in a certain way to show that he or she is black...

slavery was never part of African culture.
Human sacrifice was never part of African culture.
killing of twins was never part of African culture.

African culture already had names for twins and triplets long before the colonial thieves and terrorists invaded Africa...

stop saying rubbish.

No this is so so painful for us to bear. Our darling SE would not be @ Qatar 2022. Other nations are already there but we are watching from home. And just when we thought the team has evolved with the calibre of players we had, they lost 0-4 to Portugal. Even the home based eagles who lost 0-2 were better.
This is just too painful!

On a normal level, Qatar no be Ecuador mat in football, but anything for happen...

Like I said sometimes ago, I believe Qatar will do anything to make sure they qualify from the group... Senegal will be the unfortunate losers here
