There will be a hearing on February 10 next year, with a trial date set for November 27 2023.

The club not yet terminating his contract means that they(club hierarchy) are holding up for him and are working underground to help him out of the shit. Even if they don't want to sack him, the should have at least reassigned his squad number , but they didn't. Meaning that they are a little bit confident he's coming back.

If not, I don't see the reason why he's still being kept. He's not even earning huge salary, his money is chicken change and they can easily pay him off. Even his offense alone can warrant termination of his contract without pay. Because they can argue that he brought disrepute to the club.
