The man did wrong by posting her nudes online. The woman did horribly wrong by sleeping with another man on her matrimonial bed, while pregnant.

However, for those crying for the man to be prosecuted, the legal team would need to prove BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT that it was the man himself that leaked the video & it was responsible for her suicide.

Worst case, the man gets convicted for defamation of character. I don't see a murder conviction there, tbh.

Cyber bullying and death from suicide are seen differently in the eyes of the law. Does he deserve to be arrested according to the law? Your call to punish the man should not be based on her taking her life; a Judge will not take the decision to hold him responsible for her self-inflicted death at the end of the trial. It is highly unlikely for any prosector to agree going forward with trial on with this.
This is also dependent on the suicide news being factual.
