Getting my passport was hell! I spent over 95k for a regular passport just to hasten things up but I ended up waiting 4months! This used to be a same day process in 2014.
.
At the capturing they would call in VIPs and people with referrals allowing them to jump queues...I stayed from morning till 8pm to get my capturing done. To Japa from that country, you will see hell...
.
Immigrations office Ilorin, Lagos airport international wing, federal ministry of education and federal ministry of foreign affairs, na God go punish all the corrupt officials there. Nigeria is ruined.
...
I bet you can't spend anything less than 60k for a regular passport right now.
.

Yes, I said it first
45k actually

Nigerian civil servants are fantastically corrupt. I did mine with 80k for a regular passport, it is heartbreaking

Why would you spend 95k for international passport and still wait for 4 months?

My friend I stood for who captured on 1st November has collected his yesterday 23rd November.

For my son, I spent 26k+6k for file. Other times I gave them something was from my church mind. I was given 6 weeks. I wait.
The problem with Nigeria is that we want quick service, people are not willing to follow due process.

Corruption is deeply rooted into most Nigeiran’s

This is why a corrupt drug baron, dictator and a liar is pushing to be the next president and most idiots like him sees nothing bad in it.

Emi lokan statement is corruption

Bulaba blu blu balablu
Apt. That's why major players in APC, the Fulani, never allowed Tinubu to hold any elective office in ÀPC, instead, they keep Tinubu as party leader. Tinubu the drug trafficking baron can taint the image of APC

APC primaries time, they carefully placed Shettima as their candidate to ride to Aso Rock through SW votes.

Is it wrong for nigeria to want quick service?

What is the cause of the slow process, is it not the work of FG to resolve it

Is passport food, if you given today you won't near their office for the next 4yrs

Except you are an apc who's always looking for how to put the blame on people for their inefficiency

How would you pay 25k for "ordinary paper" and not want quick service! If banks can give you ATM cards on the spot what stops immigration from giving you passport on the spots?

Corruption is beginning to look like an ornament on Nigeria.

Corruption na normal thing for Naija.

When we say the government is corrupt, people focus on only Buhari... lol

Most people in Nigeria are corrupt. But they cry out when they are not at favoured by it.

Name any government parastatal that's not corrupt.

Name any arm of government that's not corrupt.

Honestly I regret coming to Nigeria to renew my passport, they’ve been turning my head since 4 months now, from Benin to PH I have used land transportation I can’t risk it anymore currently these people have been posting me I need to go back there n asked what happened why they refused to produce my passport after capturing, I don’t have money for flight, I don’t want to be kidnapped or sweep away by flood in PH road

My useless passport expired since last year. Paid for express service in March…. I am still waiting for passport!

Thank God for my alternate travel document. I travel out on that passport, at the immigration desk, they ask for my Nigerian passport and I give them the expired one and tell them to speed up their process and go my way. When I return, they ask me for my Nigerian passport and I give them the expired one and tell them the same thing.

Problem solved… get yourself another country’s passport
Correct guy. I will never renew my Nigerian passport, its as useless as Nigerian politicians!
