There's no such thing as structure in politics. Any political party with structure dies after one term in office. Structure means that the political party is rigid and inflexible, and therefore is opposed to change. Structure is what killed the PDP.

Plus, all the PDP and APC bigwigs ultimately are going to work for their party. Even including G5, and Grasscutter. And anyone of these folks are not going to risk being sacked because they want to back Obi.

Structure matters. Yes, we had Lesotho...but the dude who won was far richer than Obi, and a lot of people from the old parties went over. Kenya's Ruto is part of the establishment, and Malawi's own was an opposition leader for years.

I'm Christian and I don't vote along ethnic or religous lines. Ive voted both Christians and muslims since 1999 cos leadership goes beyond ethnicity and religion. It's about capacity and trust.

For Tinubu to have dared Christians which the true Muslims didn't also like , he will pay for it at the polls .

This is Nigeria. There's no such thing as political party. It's all about interest. In the US, the politicians are forced to stick to their enclave because the party has real supporters. In Nigeria, besides the people who eat from APC, who else is a member of their party.

President Obi after winning will simply absorb parts of the PDP and APC into the Labour party. That's the plan
