I keep on telling folks that leadership is not for everyone. And just because you’re not a leader doesn’t mean you’re stupid. Nigerian leaders have given a new definition to the word “leadership”.
Some of us are are born to be followers. Most Nigerians do not understand that being a follower doesn’t mean you’re a loser. Believe it or not, solid followers make a leader stronger; without a reliable followers a leader can’t be effective or efficient in anything that he does.
A leader must be selfless, must lead by example, must see things broadly, must comport himself well at all time, must have the magic to connect with all people, must clearly understand the importance of listening, must have empathy, must understand the importance of making touch, but good decisions, must respect himself and others, must know how to communicate effectively and efficiently etc….
Does Adeleke have any of these qualities?

In my book Adeleke is not a leader. If all was well and all things were equal in Nigeria, Adeleke reminds me of another entity that doesn’t have the capabilities or credentials to land a managerial position with (single store of) Mr Biggs.
