Selecting highest price means you might not get a rider. They won't accept and the desperate drivers will accept their price
Indeed. I saw surge on Bolt, I began to quote highest price, 1hr, nobody picked me. I kept seeing ride taken grin

I jejely went back to status quo, the ones that seems approachable, I negotiate for increase in fare.

Maybe, maybe not. There's a set base price by EFCC. You should know all details by yhe time you go for inspection on Tuesday.

I'll go on Tuesday. I don't have money but if I can bid and get something reasonably cheap, I just might be lucky to get a sponsor. Payment has to be made in 48 hrs after bidding

Please where’s the location for inspection and time bro

I still have my bolt account but I don't use it because of their high commission.

Conoil at Alagomeji hasn't been selling for about 3/4 days now.....that's where I usually buy.

The long queue and crowd at NNPC MM is really discouraging....same with NNPC HM, but I guess I'll just have to dedicate half a day for it.
You have to add a little bit of madness if you want to get fuel without wasting too much time on que.

You either wake up early to join que or jump que or find a car to give keg where applicable.

I bought fuel yesterday at NNPC Falomo normal price around 530am, I didn't join que. I gave the Agbero at the exit gate 500 to enter from there. Bought 7k, used it till this morning.

This morning Eternal at Jakande was selling @200/ltr with minimal que, found a way to jump que (one guy slept off when cars were already moving). Bought 6k, make I manage that one for today. Thankfully one IJGB has booked me for today, less driving around.

That high commission thing is irrelevant to me if u are grossing 35k upwards on Bolt.
Except you have a way of making more than 25k on Indrive on a daily, then u r better off with bolt.

Queues where they sell normal price is usually long. But if it's moving u will buy within 2-4hours. Half day is too much.
Cos they don't sell in gallon so those unruly people, area boys and touts will not be there.

Don't do it, it makes no sense. Unfortunately, people don't realise. Corolla has a tank size of 50 litres. You'll fill with N8500 at 170 per litre. Someone who buys at 230 per litre will fill with N11,500.

In essence, you saved N3500. Another random driver who buys at 230 didn't have to queue and would have made more than N3500 driving while you're still there on the queue trying to save N3500

Lolz...4k difference is not only o...you will rush and buy only to make that 4k profit back in 2hrs if heavens smile at you. So why not queue up for 3hrs and have your peace of mind and rest. 4k difference is too much abeg.
If they Increase the fuel price and everybody is selling at 230 or 250 that's a different ball game all together.

Try and be diplomatic. Responses like "not sure it's going to work" "this is HP and not rental" tend to make issues more complex.
Except you have never defaulted for the past 33 weeks. He hinted it was in the agreement.

Tell him, those 2 weeks are the BEST weeks in the business.

I haven't defaulted based on the agreement we had, there was a week i missed payment but he accumulated it with the subsequent week and I paid, I wouldn't even consider it as defaults...

N nothing like pause during the agreement period was stated in the agreement form

You have your own copy of the agreement right? Just go through it and see if it is stated there that he can collect the car whenever he likes apart from when you default. If it's there you will have to give him the car but if it's not, tell him to fork off

Some Nigerians get mind o. At the peak of the deal, u wan collect car. Chai!!!
Bill him for the 2weeks with surge o @ 1.9, let him pay u. Does he want u to be idle then? When winter comes, he will give u the car and balance like King Nebuchadnezzar and be collecting his payments again.

Chai again!!!

He is wrong...but just be diplomatic with him.

Incase you default in the future, he might take it to the letter with you.

If only the guy understand the principle of HP very well, he will understand he is breaking the signed agreement and the penalty of that at common law is him paying for those 2 weeks in lieu .....due to the fact that he is relieving you off possession and as well extending the contract date....

On the other hand...if you give him the car, and you default in the future "as written in agreement" he cant relieve you of the car because he has commited an action that contravene the agreement and in principle affect his contractual privilege.

Finally, to have an upper hand ...write it boldly to him, that you are not happy dropping the car as it affect your completion date and it's not in the contract...screenshot and keep the message for future reference

Cheers

Do not agree
I repeat do not agree

What if something happens to the car while its with him

What if the car doesn't come back in full shape at whose expense

Its an HP deal
Does the owner expect you to be jobless then?

Even if the owner goes to court he will still lose the case

As far as you keep paying him his weekly allowance he has no business whatsoever with the car

It's physical bidding. Check very well, only ships and water vessels that were seized can be bidded online. Cars and electronics are to be physically auctioned

Sit him down and explain the whole issue to him. You also have to be diplomatic because you may need his help in future. But make it the last resort if you'll give the car to him. He has no claim over the car as long as you are both in agreement.

Make him see the implications of him having the car for two weeks and let him see it can't be possible. If possible involve your lawyer

He's still the owner of the car but possession has been signed to you and as long as you remain in the tenets of the agreement, he can't take the car from you

Car Hesitating To Accelerate

Toyota Camry with an issue of hesitating before moving, not until the gas pedal was floored before it jumps and start moving normal but anytime you slows down to move is always the whole process again.

Here are the the components I check and serviced and the Plugs were replaced to be ahead of the situation;

The Fuel Pump Assembly
The Noozle
The Coil on Plug
The Plugs
The Air Filter

From my observations I discovered at idle the car doesn’t rev more that 3000 RPM. Which canbe a symptoms of a couple of things, but since we are dealing with hesitation my focus was more other fuel assembly which was too diety and the tank too was dirty. I decided to replace the fuel filters and the plugs and went ahead to service the noozle.

After putting all the components back the car was back to normal, the driving was smooth
