In case you don't know, Dubai is an emirate kingdom with a vast oil resources of itself which are well managed. While Lagos State is just a state collecting monthly allocation from an highly incompetent and corruption ridden Nigerian government.

So comparing the two is inappropriate.

And as for Tinubu, before his governance, Lagos was a sprawling metropolis, unplanned and dirty. He started the order, the city wide landscaping and the exceptional infrastructural developmental strides that are now beautifying the state.
