I don't know how to answer you but if you were shortlisted for the next exam, it is stated that you should print the exam card with your QR code on it. In my card, i am only seeing my passport without the QR code.

Use desktop mode on your phone browser to check your profile you will see your QR code.

Please does anyone have any idea on a past question that can be used for preparation specific to Generation safety ?
