How did people manage to complete Atomic Blonde? Over the years I tried to watch it only to get bored quickly. Today I managed one hour and six minutes before throwing the towel. This is no different from when I gave that Joker movie a chance only to sleep four times in-between.

It seems James Gunn ain't taking any risk and just committing to just any DC project but i thought Gal Gadot as "Wonder Woman" is one of the best CBM casting in recent memory and at least deserve a trilogy but that dodgy sequel didn't help it's cause still.

The filters is that James Gunn wants more creative control over DC projects going forward and WW has been somewhat of Patty Jenkins's pet project casting doubt on how much creative control Gunn was gonna get, so he decided to just nip it at the first pitch.

James Gunn has been making some wild moves lately btw.

"Man of Steel" 2 is in the works but no active development or pitch yet considering Henry Cavill left his role at "The Witcher" for this.

Cutting "Aquaman" early at the sequel and recasting Jason Mamoa as "Lobo".

I don't know what Gunn is cooking but it had better be good.

I admit Momoa is a great casting choice for Lobo but why axe Aquaman?

Well we'll know the real plan in a few days when he and Safran meets with Zaslav.

WW3 ain't really cancelled. Her first script draft isn't in line with the upcoming plans so it'd need some retouching.
MOS2 is still a head scratcher what's coming.

Jason is pretty good for Lobo but cutting him off from Aquaman I don't understand. He isn't gonna be evident that much in Lobo's costume.

My exact problem with DCEU is this "Stop and Start" every few years. The uncertainty is just too much.

Hoping this new era brings some certainty for at least the next few years.
