I understand the young man's claim that he desired to know "where he came from", but why bring it up now when Babajide Sanwo-Olu is the governor of Lagos State, and also now that he's made his ambition for 2nd term known, these two reasons alone has made his motive and claim dubious.

His lawyer also said Sanwo-Olu should submit himself for DNA test, and if the test proves him not to be the father, that "there's nothing to it", he of all people should know that it doesn't work that way, Sanwo-Olu's legal team could sue them for so many allegations such as defamation of character, perjury e.t.c, is he prepared for that?

That is because yoruba people have no culture. Such nonsense can't happen in igboland. If the man did not marry your mother traditionally, there is no way u are his son, even if he's the one that impregnated your mother and she gave birth to u. We don't do DNA, we follow tradition.
are you insinuating that your tradition is a lawless one?, and that people should not be held accountable for thier indiscretions because of tradition? Including female children of your men not being entitled to even a stick of broom from her father's wealth until the supreme Court abolished the tradition that made Igbo women subhuman? bro quit bragging about trashy traditions that no longer has a place in today's modern world undecided

His legal team can sue he and his mother for defamation, once the DNA results proves Sanwo-Olu is not the biological father.

You got it wrong. Igbo culture doesn't recognize DNA . If you impregnate another man's wife the child still belongs to the husband no matter what the DNA shows.

The case in perspective did not in any way state that Sanwo-Olu impregnated the woman while she was another man's wife. The young man claims his mother bore him for Sanwo-Olu before going ahead to marry another man.

In the case Sanwo-Olu wakes up one day and decides to claim the child as his son, he simply needs to meet some communal requirements, then take his son back. That is very much acceptable in Igbo tradition and you cannot turn reality upside-down to satisfy your quest for mischief.

If Igbo's culture doesn't recognise DNA, then every political office aspirants for PRESIDENCY (who stands a chance to govern legitimately born people) from Igbo lands should be subjected to DNA Test at least, we can't have someone whose father is Kenya governing us.

But you forgot to ask your mum which of the Sanwo-Olus she was referring to lolololol. Maybe she is talking about your former landlord because you don’t even have 1% resemblance with the governor.
