I'm an ulcer patient but recently i started experiencing some kind of pains in my heart that to talk or do anything Will be issue, sometimes I feel i was going to fall I've been to the hospital and was treated they gave me some drugs and injections but I'm still feeling the same I did e.c.g both rest and stress and it's normal I was asked to do some blood test also and was told it's fine pls I'm really fed up my doctor told me to start doing my normal activities that i should not give myself unnecessary anxieties but im scared

I'm not really sure it's covid not disputing though but i just felt i don't have cough or fever but I'm very sure i have peptic ulcer and i do have some feelings on my chest if I triggered the ulcer but not as much as this
