This is crazy. It best you escalate it. check your meter status through their portal.

I called IKEDC CC and the respondent insisted that my application has been batched and a payment advice will be issued soon.

The wait continues.....

Kindly check your account, I want to believe that there is a debit on the account.
No tariff is up to that as you can see from what is been posted above.
To know your band, you can send an email to them to find out the band you are placed or check your last post paid bill if it is not to long, you moved to prepaid.

Please how much will be fair to pay as bill, for a prepaid meter that came with a free token of 200units still in use for over 2months.knowing that all previous bills before installation has been offset and on a tariff plan :E_ non MD(minimum of 4hrs power supply).

sorry for late response, I think this has to do with the band they are charging your area. confirm the band type and rate then multiply by the units. it shouldn't be much far off than that.

Thanks for the response, I just got a message from them, to pay atleast 10k.Even when the 200units has not been exhausted.

IKEDC CC claims the survey report was uploaded last week and I would receive a payment advice shortly.

Payment advice sent and processed same day.

Prepaid meter successfully installed.
