I have made it abundantly clear that what passes as Christianity in the world of today -- has sadly been that way for at least just over 1600 years now --- is nothing but a sham given that it does not align in anyway with that which is in fact contained in scripture --- this in anyway or form. So why would I attempt to engage in a discourse about exactly that which is pointless and meaningless for Pete's sake?

Again, Since you are able to compare these two instances, it implies that you are comparing to criteria(which you have set) which i would define as "system of faith." Religion entails how you worship God in order words, the system of faith. But then, if your version isn't religion, what is it? culture? experience?

Speaking of Peter, who was a strict adherent of the laws of Judaism, wouldn't you classify his own beliefs and system of faith as Religion?

Whatever other religion was in place and was possibly booted by the Catholic church also doesn't matter in this since the concern here is not of religion but of Jesus Christ. And following that which is written in scripture, what Jesus Christ gave as Gospel to His followers --- those who answer directly to Him --- is not a religion but a Law for them to live their individual lives by.

So, again, if what you are interested in is a debate about religions, I am the wrong person for such.

Let's be honest here... I really don't owe anyone any explanation or apologies as far as my belief in Jesus Christ rather than the churches and theories of men. So? The work I have to do is to teach the Gospel as given by Jesus Christ and Jesus Christ alone and that is what I would rather spend my precious time engaging in when I am in the religion section.
