from what I have the CG wanted to include B. SC but bottlenecks from Nass and Board will try to delay him and hoard the slots that's why he is going for level 7-6 but they might conduct replacement to fit in b. SC which will be very tight the details is still sketchy if there is anything clear I will update

Keep calm, I was told by an insider (RS) that they are on compiling process, the give timeline that the replacement, documentation and commencement of work (training of d new staff) should end before ending of February. Collection of APL is d next step after compiling and printing of APL which should be done hopefully within this month.

That's not true, APL would be printed at the same time i.e carrying same date. But individuals may collect it at different time.
No individual has collected APL because its at the stage of compiling process.
