Which Lagos am I trooping to? You must be hallucinating. I would rather live in the remotest village in the North than glorify one of the worst cities in the world to live in.
Lagos that you all crave to be or to live. Lagos that every other states is trying to copy.

You are yet to tell us how Lagos competes with Cairo, Johannesburg and other major cities in the world.

There is actually nothing special about Tinubu and his contribution to Lagos. As a matter of fact, Lagos made Tinubu and not the other way round.

What are other States copying from the Lagos that Tinubu governed? I am yet to see any. No great leader would emulate an individual that is not accountable and transparent. Only thieves do.

The topic we are dealing with is the debt rates among states in Nigeria. Not debt rates in Africa. Let us trash out this one first.

The growth of Lagos was due to the yorubas living in Lagos during the colonial era.

The reason Lagos has alot of slum is because of the influx of people from other region.
Lagos is a swampy state yet people will buy canal and sandfill them with rubbish!
Na by force to build house 4 Lagos. Next they'll start blaming government for bad road. Road dey na you go build house 4 eyin OSA.

The thread has nothing to do with Tinubu or any individual. We are looking at the rates of debt in Nigerian States. Surprisingly, it is Tinubu issue you are bringing in. I never mentioned Tinubu's name nor anybody's name.

Another one is:

Tinubu and co have turned the state into a Mafiadom!
Unfortunately, tribal politics has blinded the eyes of those who should have been at the forefront confronting the Tinubu brigade responsible for this..
They use igbo hate to divert the attention of their people. They are so gullible.

I will choose Obi over Tinubu and Atiku. The reason is not far fetched. Obi is more accountable and transparent than Tinubu and Atiku. That is my stand and it has not changed. Obi is also more knowledgeable than Tinubu. We can test this by a simple live debate between the two of them.

And what is the present state of the economy? So, Tinubu's template is what Buhari has been using all this while. No wonder inflation, poverty, hardship, corruption, nepotism and insecurity are astronomically high. Why is Tinubu not proud of the Buhari led Federal Government that has been using his template?

Lagos slum are indigenous Yoruba villages, as for colonial era, other tribes migrated to colonial Lagos before yoruba (apart from indigenous villagers)
Of all the people in Nigeria, Yoruba are the most urbanised.
