Sure! I can answer that.

The documents I posted DOES say that 2 sets of DNA were found. One belonged TO THE VICTIM and the other belonged TO YOU.

I am sitting here watching you rile these people up because most don’t have the capacity to understand what those documents state.

ANYONE in the US with credentials that is reading WILL NOT HELP YOU because the more you talk, the more we can tell that you are purposely being deceptive. There is no way on Gods green earth that a jury will find someone guilty when the DNA presented in court belongs to someone not related to the crime. That may happen in Nigeria but NOT HERE.

The people still believing you and asking me questions prove that they are clueless about the US Justice System. The Nigerian consulate will not help you because you lied to them. The person attending your Pretrial hearings stopped going and started ignoring you when the evidence and YOUR statements showed them you were lying.
1stGenAmerican, you did a great job with uploading documents and giving out your legal POV here. You sure know your craft.

Based on all the evidence provided before the criminal conviction, he did the crime.

I followed this story in the news at the time he was standing trial, and only came to this thread to gain some other insights.

But I have a different perspective here. This dude has exhibited a classic case of a mental breakdown over the last few years and this is why he had earlier committed a crime in Japan, and then this 2017 horrendous rape in the U.S. after just 2 months on a visitors visa.

No mentally and emotionally normal man would do what he did to the young girl, and this is the reason why a lot of folks have to go for regular mental therapy with a mental health professional.

We see clear signs of some folks exhibiting extreme signs of dual personality disorders offline and online (such as here on NL that you and I know of). These types can engage in brutal rapes, murder, lies or online defamation, stealing, cyber sexual harassments or stalking, and engaging in depraved pornography if their close relatives do not act to get them checked in for drugs and/or mental rehab!

There will be more Bahs worldwide if we all do not pay attention to little details such as these and build awareness. Period.

And I'm done, can't believe I started from the beginning of this thread to the very end, Kanwuliaextra your thread brought me here

I first saw this thread last year when chat.inent created it, I dismissed it because I felt it was one of those irrelevant unnecessary attention seeking rants he was fond of composing, never thought it could extend to this extent with so many disgusting revelations,

All I can say is, justice well deserved Mr Bah, adding your 41years of age to the 76 years sentence sums up to 117 years of age, you will die in prison sir, hopefully your dead body will be thrown into a swamp filled with alligators who will devour every pieces of your existence.

I dismissed the thread too, because I was tired of the typical Nigerian life of criminality stories.
I am not done ooooooo
I had to take a break and read the first thread.

I am still crawling on page 43. . . . .I just weak.
I cannot comment yet.

I am still reading. . . and reading. . . .and reading. . . .

If I still have feelings in my heart, brain and liver. . . . I may also have some in my fingers to comment on what I really feel or think.

For now. . . . I am just reading.

Still on page 50!

Bravo.

The first thing that jumped to my mind was 'another black man victimized' in Georgia. I have never dealt with the court systems in Georgia but I HATE THEIR WHITE POLICE FORCE. THEY ARE RACISTS!!!! Period.

Only a few with conscience, so I will generalize. I can't stand their Southern, racial hangover on people of color.

As a black woman. . . .I have witnessed it first-hand.

We have all sinned. . . and will continue to beg for forgiveness. I will never condemn Mr. Bah because my hands are not clean where i have wronged others too. There is no small sin or big sin. We all have done one bad thing or the other in our lives.

I am just shocked about the 'lack of spirituality' WE, AS NIGERIANS are cursed with collectively.

All I can say here is THANK YOU CHATINENT for this thread. . . . AND FOR YOUR LIFE. I see myself in you. All my vulnerabilities and frailties I SEE IN YOU!

You made me CRY sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo hard, I could not stop. I am still crying

I have stayed up on my 3 days off. . . . spellbound to your persona. True it all, your maintained your cool and focused on doing what you felt was right, to help someone you have never met because you believed he should be given a chance. You were insulted, vilified and harangued.

I can only imagine your state of mind.

I am very happily-agnostic. . . so I will not even mention religion where NIGERIA as a whole is mostly amoral and unreligious.

So, I can see things quite objectively. MANY posts here made me CRINGE. Other posts made me laugh. Most made me sad.

Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. . . .this is too much for me to handle. I will not even attempt to "QUOTE" or "MENTION" all the heartbreaking points of this thread. Mr Bah was the least of my worries. WHAT I SAW FROM THE FINGERS OF SOME NL POSTERS ON THIS THREAD WAS FAR WORSE THAN MR. BAH'S PREDICAMENT. HYPOCRISY IS THE MOST DIVINE FORM OF SPIRITUAL CRIMINALITY!

Thanks for the soul-searching thread. I think this is my most favorite thread of all my years on NL(17years . . . No, Edited 14 YEARS).

I say GEORGIA COPS WERE RACIST!

All I saw was GEORGIA. . . .I had not even started reading the thread o.
I HAVE READ THE THREAD. . . .my opinion about GEORGIA POLICE DEPARTMENT has not changed.

Now, if you ask me questions of the convicted A.O.B. ? That is a different matter.

16 years on NL. . . The days of throwing curses and punches are so ova! It has been very therapeutic for me and has kept me from aging in and out of NL. All I want to do these days is laff and keep away wrinkles from my entire bodily systems.

When it comes to the actions of humans in general, NOTHING SHOCKS ME. . . . only the reactions from people do.

Look at him properly.
He looks like a 'sub-saharan/West African" half-breed.

1. If I were to commit any crime in this world. . . . . one 'yoruba' family member will at least sympathize with me on social media as FAMILY MEMBER regardless of if the like me or NOT! When he got in trouble in the US, he called where first?

2. The ability for other foreign countries to obtain Nigerian passports with ease is legendary because our lack of patriotic pride.

3. For someone to live in Japan in his 20s. . . .hobnobbing with political misfits like 'Desmond Olushola Elliot". . . .and not be able to utter one YORUBA SLANG on any of his threads. . . . .? C'mon.

How many times did he change his name? Always with recycled 'yoruba' names. . . .Dat wan look like 'Eko Boy'?

You still haven't given your conclusion on wether he's guilty or not. You've been more focused on the "racism" of the Georgia Police. Also, you're now focusing on his nationality. Those are not the bones of contention.

The question is, is Mr. Bah guilty or not based on the evidences, his lies and deceits, arrogance, lack of remorse and manipulation? All these are the things you've read on this thread, so you definitely have a conclusion and I'm interested in it.

Of course he is guilty.
Am I surprised? No
Is the crime heinous? Yes.

Everything to be said on has been said on this thread and the pre-quel to this one.
Nothing more to add or subtract.

A.O.B. is only a product of the NIGERIAN or AFRICAN environment that created him. Infact, I see him as a victim too. I feel sorry for him.

As for the 12 year-old girl. . . . I can only pray for her and her family.

I cannot blame Chatinent at all. We learn everyday.

No sis I don't agree. Nigerians don't like to portray any vulnerability

Which Nigerian will come out to express sympathy for their relation that has been arrested for child rape?? How is that going to make them look?
Even westerners don't do that. Nobody wants to be associated with that.

His main moniker before he got arrested was OYINBOGOJU. That moniker doesn't get more yoruba than that.

If that American hadn't come out to drop the facts of the case, lawd knows how far the campaign would have gone to free this man?
Nigerians/black people are naturally emotionally people and Bah took advantage of that

There would have been no campaign with or without the Americans.
Remember he was convicted over 3 years ago and had exhausted all this right to appeal?
How many people did Chatinent reach out to?
It would have ended in disgrace.

THIS HAPPENED ON AMERICAN SOIL. Anyone that could have lead such a campaign would have been an American. Not even the Nigerian embassy. Unfortunately for Nigerians and Nairalanders. . . . The Americans were already far more knowledgeable and were already not going to even touch his case with a 10-foot pole. THE REASON HE CAME TO NAIRALAND.

They should not come to support, but at least keep him grounded in his final days. My family would o.
He is too young not to have any support system. At least, someone would have said something on social media.

Even Chidinma the killer of the Billionaire had her mother speak out. . . .even if she had not set eyes on her in 10 years.

Even Hushpuppi get relatives. If you state that because he can identify on NL as "Oyinbogoju", he is yoruba, fine. My gut feeling tells me he is not. . . . Just a wannabee!

I don't know of any of his family members that will want to be associated with this.

You can't really compare hushpuppi and chidinma to child rape. His family may have spoken out? We never know.

The name "Bah" is fulani in origin

But you may have a point, look at what I found:

My SENTIMENTS exactly!

Fulani origin ke? grin From Niger or Chad you mean. Which one is “BAH”? undecided This man, like MANY “Nigerians” are of questionable origin. Mother? Father? Siblings? He practically grew up alone. I don’t even expect any family member to associate positively, but identify him as a renegade of some sort. No uncle, no aunt?
This na “born throway” na.

There is something about Karma.
Things in life are seldom coincidental.

What put A.O.B and this 13 year-old’s path to cross tragically? My theory?

If your father was a rapist, you must have the genes of a rapist manifest in ANY MEMBER OF THE GENERATION TO CONTINUE THE CURSE.

Similarly, IF YOU ARE A RAPIST. . . . Your own child will be raped!

Both Mr. A.O.B and the 13 year-old victim are angles of generational curses whose paths were destined to cross unfavorably.

“DISCLAIMER: I am not saying the 13 year-old victim deserved what she experieced. Just looking at this unfortunate occurrence from a philosophical viewpoint. For someone on a B1-B2 visa to FLY MANY MILES ACROSS THE GLOBE. . . . . shocked. . . . . be placed in the vicinity of this minor and connect with her on the most diabolical level of human inter-relationships? undecided

About his tribe or ethnicity, he might be Yoruba or any other tribe. Although I haven't heard any Yoruba bearing such name but you must understand that there are some families that purposefully changed their name because of many reasons.

If you look at the Abacha family, I'm sure if their father was not an elite and also a former military president, some of them might/would have changed their last name because of the shame that comes with the name. But they didn't do that because the name still opens doors for many of them even with the stain on it.

Pablo Escobar's son changed his last name.

I'm sure he's got a family somewhere in Nigeria or anywhere else. You must understand that he might have been an eyesore to his family right from his early days, hence the reason he was abandoned by them, most especially when the case is an international one.

It seems he's got kids also, I really can't remember. The main thing is that, nobody wants to associate themselves with a sex offender, and not even when it happened on the U.S. soil. Imagine a young guy living in Nigeria and hope to go for study or anything abroad now being the main campaigner for the release of a sex offender with strong evidence against him.

The U.S. is always watching every moves, so it's best not to jeopardize one's future for a sex offender.

Someone like him don't put their private life in the public. He knows he's a monster and wouldn't dare to put them in harm's way. Ironically, he was also a predator to them, just that it didn't manifest.

Don't even go there. IT MAY BE YOUR MAIN THING. . . .BUT NOT MINE.
I don't wanna associate with 'ex-fraudsters' either . . . . who only repent after they get busted! wink

Sorry. . . .those are the most sickening people on this thread! At least I understand as a medical professional that sex offenders are extremely mentally compromised and SICK! Like drug addiction. . . .they can't help themselves.

Fraudsters and drug dealers? I really think are WORSE THAN SEX-OFFENDERS! Sexual rapist and financial/emotional rapist wetin be the difference?

I really can't differentiate between a minor and a 'major' victim of rape. I think it is a spiritual attack on both minors and adults. . . .SAD!

It's not a shade but I was just generalizing. Look at the state of Nigeria, even with a well packaged visa application, the visa might still be rejected, especially the U.S., So why jeopardize it by campaigning for a sex offender, or a fraudster, or any criminal?

Criminals hardly repent, most especially if they have been getting away with their crimes or have benefited well from it before they got caught. Hushpuppi also would likely go back to continuing fraud because there's no job he could do to afford him those luxuries he enjoyed for many years, except if he joins politics.

Is this a subtle shade? grin

I think it is a spiritual attack on both minors and adults. . . .SAD!
There's a difference between the sexual rapist, drug dealers and the financial/emotional rapist. All leave a scar on their victims and we can't quantify it.

Yes, you're right, RAPE IS RAPE! Although I don't believe it is spiritual.

It's not a shade but I was just generalizing. Look at the state of Nigeria, even with a well packaged visa application, the visa might still be rejected, especially the U.S., So why jeopardize it by campaigning for a sex offender, or a fraudster, or any criminal?

And who was campaigning for a sex offender, fraudster or criminal? undecided
Sometimes, it is good to step back and look at things closely.
NOBODY campaigned for a sex offender, fraudster or criminal ON THIS THREAD OR ANY OTHER.

All people were trying to do was to give another chance to re-visit a conviction and look at what evidence the convict had been sharing. Does that mean you are supporting a sex-offender, fraudster or criminal? NO!

You only did that because of your emotional investment in the case(some where insinuating financial gain). . . .gosh! Who wants financial gain from a convict whose funds are probably depleted to minus ZERO balance due to legal fees?

You think the US does officials are this jobless and illiterate? undecided
