Please help. I recharged my prepaid meter on mobile wallet But mistaken it selection for postpaid. I click on prepaid but it look like it didn’t select. It was on postpaid and I didn’t check. It was after i paid I noticed that it didn’t generate tokens. What can i do?

Go to your NEPA business unit office and they'll sorr it out.

It depends on your service provider.

Search for their help desk online and send them a message.
In addition, find out which payment platform collects revenue of their behalf, copy that payment platform in your mail too.

I made a similar mistake in the past and I was sent the token.

the meter number was correct and the name on meter appeared too. The only thing was postpaid.
